Dr. Z. Liu is the successful PI on a second $900,000 NSF grant, with Ellen Mosley-Thompson and Lonnie Thompson as co-PIs, titled ‘A Model-Data Approach to Better Understand Paleoclimate Records of Stable Water Isotopes in High-Elevation, Lower-Latitude Glaciers’. This grant is funded through the NSF 22-612 Paleo Perspectives on Present and Projected Climate program solicitation.
